Tours of the House
Tours of the house at 12pm and 2pm on NGS days. £5. (Sorry, no dogs in house. Not recommended for under-5s). Please pre-book at ticket hut and meet in front of the house. The tour lasts 45 minutes. Visitors are lead by the owner and given an insight into the 1,300 years of the house's history, from its time at the centre of Wimborne's Saxon monastery in the 8th century, through the Reformation when it passed to the Hanham family, and their 500 years of occupation until the present day.
Deans Court has been opening for the NGS for 40 years, during which time we have raised over £46,000 for their charities. We want to thank all our visitors for helping us to help those in need.
