Cafe & Kitchen | Ingredients & Allergens

You should always advise our staff of any special dietary requirements, including intolerances and allergies. Where possible, our trained staff will advise you on alternative dishes. However, while we do our best to reduce the risk of cross-contamination in our cafe and kitchens, we CANNOT guarantee that any of our dishes are free from allergens and therefore cannot accept any liability in this respect. Guests with severe allergies are advised to assess their own level of risk and consume dishes at their own risk.

We offer a range of “Low Lactose” options where to the best of our knowledge we exclude milk and dairy products as an ingredient, and “Low Gluten” foods, where, again, to the best of our knowledge we exclude wheat, barley and rye as an ingredient, however traces may still be present in our foods; all products are made in kitchens which process these (and other) allergens and whilst we take precautions to minimise the risk of cross-contamination we cannot guarantee this, furthermore, it is possible our suppliers may change their ingredients without notification and whilst we take steps to periodically check their ingredient list, it is impractical to make this check upon every use. The information provided on our website and in our service areas should NOT be considered as any form of guarantee but as a best faith effort to provide you with information on our dishes. You should use this information to help you make a decision, based on your personal circumstances, before eating any of our foods.

Please ask us for ingredients for our regular menu - not every ingredient is included in every batch.
